We’re big fans of Skype and email – and we almost never meet our clients in person. We know (from a LOT of experience) that this is the most effective way of working.

We use Google Docs for all text: it means there are no pesky “version control” issues. We’re happy to convert to HTML when the text is finished and ready.

We charge by the hour rather than a project fee: it makes for a more trustworthy, enjoyable experience for everyone. If you want to see timesheets at any point throughout the project, just let us know.
